Liuzza Realty Group Merges with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred, REALTORS

I am pleased to announce that Liuzza Realty Group is merging with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and I will be a partner/owner of the regional franchise that includes the Mandeville, New Orleans, Lakeview, Hammond, and Gulfport offices. My fellow partners/owners are some of the most respected and successful realtors in the region: Jennifer Rice, Darlene Gurievsky, Felicity Khan, John Exnicios, Ricky Lemann, Charlotte & Chris Dorion, Robert Van Meter, Kelly Serio, Stephanie McKeough and Katelyn Pfister.

This merger creates a long-term equity benefit in my company by leveraging my $35 million a year business into a $350 million a year umbrella of companies that will provide Liuzza Realty Group realtors additional financial, technological, and marketing support, while retaining the strong company brand that I have carefully curated since 2016.
