Vince is a native New Orleanian who moved to the Northshore in 1999. His passion for real estate began in the early 2000s as an investor in the Warehouse District of New Orleans and Pensacola Beach, Florida. After the Liuzza family sold their restaurant business, Vince parlayed his extensive business management and real estate investment experiences into a successful career as a realtor.
Specializing in the listing, marketing, sale, and purchase of homes and homesites in Western St. Tammany Parish and the New Orleans Warehouse District, his goal is always to sell properties at the highest possible price at which they will appraise. His extensive experience as a real estate investor is a valuable resource for clients when selecting and negotiating on properties. Vince uses creative and elegant marketing campaigns for all of his clients and prides himself in attention to detail in all matters throughout the selling and purchasing process.
Vince’s real estate pedigree has been enhanced by his partnerships in the development of the ground floor residences at The Sugar Plantation building in the Warehouse District and of six, gulf-front townhomes in Pensacola Beach, Florida. Vince was also a listing agent on two 60+ apartment-to-condominium conversion projects in Mandeville and was Vice President of Sales for Landcraft Homes when the company expanded from the River Parishes into Lakeview and Old Metairie.
Vince is a third generation graduate of Jesuit High School and attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Vince was a champion sailboat racer in his youth, and now enjoys boating with family and friends on the Tchefuncte River and in the beautiful waters of the Florida panhandle.

experience as Vice President of Marketing and Concept Development for a 30-unit
regional restaurant chain, Cucos Mexican Restaurants.
She is proud of her record of negotiating complex deals and bringing them to fruition. Among her many commercial real estate achievements are the sale of two prime properties on Veterans Memorial Blvd. in Metairie, one of which was at an historic high price per square foot at that time; the purchase of vacant land on Veterans for development; a 25-year lease of the former Cucos building to IHOP on Veterans; sold 13 closed Pizza Huts in the Greater New Orleans area and leased three others; and a long-term lease of the Chevron Building in Covington, LA. Glenda has also represented the buyers of a retail strip center in Mandeville, and the purchase and sales of office and warehouse buildings on the North Shore.
Glenda is a member of LACDB and LoopNet commercial real estate database services. She is an avid animal rights activist and enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren.

After graduating from Holy Cross High School Peter was instrumental in expanding the New Orleans based Dixie Chemical Company as a major distributor to southeast Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. After attending Louisiana State University Peter partnered with a childhood friend and opened two boutique’s in New Orleans and Dallas where he further honed customer relations. Peter enjoys time on the water with his friends and family, the fantastic local restaurants and the one of a kind culture we share in New Orleans.
Ashley is a native New Orleanian who moved to the Northshore in 2006 where she met her husband, Stephen. While working in corporate sales for several years, she not only exceeded her quotas, but also earned several top honors and promotions in a short period of time. Her interest in real estate began when she teamed up with her husband to develop the commercial project Prive’ in Old Mandeville. She was able to utilize her marketing expertise to successfully lease all 24 units within the first four months, followed by two more commercial developments and move on to the next deal. This was when Ashley decided she had a passion for real estate and decided to become a full time realtor.
Now specializing in residential sales in St. Tammany Parish, Ashley prides herself on making the process as seamless as possible for her clients. Her expertise has set several price per sq ft records in subdivisions such as Woodstone, Natchez Trace and the surrounding areas. In addition, her marketing background helps her creatively showcase her clients’ homes on many different marketing platforms. Ashley is a graduate of Mount Carmel Academy and the University of New Orleans where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in both Business and Marketing. Michael is a native New Orleanian who moved to the northshore in 2006. He has had a successful career spanning over 25 years as a motion picture cameraman, and earned The Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Cinematography in 2009 and 2010. He also served as the CEO for C-Level Technology, LLC where he was responsible for raising private equity, bringing a submergible bluetooth speaker to market, and securing a patent for the invention. His presentation of the device at New Orleans Entrepreneur week in 2014 earned the first place award in the competition.
Michael’s interest in real estate began early on - while renovating and selling two houses in New Orleans in the late 1990s. He attended and completed real estate school for the sole purpose of gaining more knowledge of the entire process. In January of 2018, Michael became a licensed realtor in Louisiana and is now actively selling real estate on both sides of the lake.
Michael is a graduate of Metairie Park Country Day and Washington and Lee University, where he graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Chemistry. He is an active member of NOMAR, The National Association of Realtors, and The Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. He resides in Mandeville with his wife and three children.
Darnell is a native of Baton Rouge and has lived in St. Tammany Parish since 1998. After working for many years in the advertising industry, Darnell chose to pursue her passion for helping families on a more personal level by obtaining her Realtor license in 1999.
Darnell launched her career by educating herself on area schools, neighborhoods, available loan products, and the growth trends of both St. Tammany's new construction and resale markets. Soon after, Darnell had the opportunity to design and be hands-on in the building of her personal home, while expanding her presence in Tchefuncta Club Estates, where she has recently redesigned her permanent residence.
