Vince is a native New Orleanian who moved to the Northshore in 1999. Ashley is a native New Orleanian who moved to the Northshore in 2006 where she met her husband, Stephen. While working in corporate sales for several years, she not only exceeded her quotas, but also earned several top honors and promotions in a short period of time. Her interest in real estate began when she teamed up with her husband to develop the commercial project Prive’ in Old Mandeville. Michael is a native New Orleanian who moved to the northshore in 2006.  He has had a successful career spanning over 25 years as a motion picture cameraman, and earned The Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Cinematography in 2009 and 2010. C. Scott Williams

C. Scott Williams first became interested in real estate growing up in Charlotte, NC with his mother whose real estate career spanned over forty years.  She would often take Scott on appointments as a child. "She would be in the front seat handwriting an offer using a huge binder of MLS pages as a desk and I would be in the back seat reading”. As soon as Scott acquired a driver’s license, she had him running ‘realtor errands’.  By the time he got out of high school he knew a lot about the business and you could say it was in his blood.  Soon after graduating high school, Scott attended the Queens College School of Real Estate Law and got his first real estate license in North Carolina. Scott also loved the restaurant business and spent many years waiting tables, bartending, catering, and working events; it seemed homes and hospitality went hand in hand.

After moving to Atlanta in the mid-1980s Scott became a professional clinical
massage therapist, (CMT,NMT) where he worked with chiropractors in his own private practice, and volunteered at AID Atlanta, an AIDS service organization working with those infected and affected by HIV.  Scott continued to invest in real estate and managed many rental properties.  One renovation project in Laguna Beach, Florida was a beach house that both Scott and his partner, Scott Discon, renovated together. This gave Scott W. the bug to get his Florida Real Estate License and work the panhandle
from Panama City to Apalachicola.

After Katrina ravaged the Gulf Coast, Scott joined Scott D. in Mandeville and started his construction business overseeing the renovation and repair of mostly storm damaged homes, many of which were raised off the ground in flood-prone areas.  It was fascinating to see the process of recovery and learn so much about construction.  Along with Scott Discon, "The Scotts" also opened and ran The Scotts' Coffee & Tapas Bar in Old Mandeville; a wonderful last hurrah in the restaurant business that has since been retired so Scott could focus on his original love - the renovation and sale of real estate. Scott in the present day 2022, specializes in construction design, management, installation, sales and/or rental and air B&B management. A lover of all things home, hearth, and hospitality, he loves working with his hands and the creative process of repurposing the old as well as building things new.

Scott Williams loves his community and serves proudly as a board member of Safe Harbor, a non-profit service organization for victims and survivors of domestic violence. In his free time, Scott enjoys the water, all forms of exercise and activity available in Old Mandeville, and entertaining at their tropical creole home with their family of dogs and friends.
